Delta Dental Healthy Families ran a one-year pilot program from 2002 to 2003 with Dr. Fisher, providing in-office anesthesia for their fearful and uncooperative pediatric patients. Near the end of the very successful pilot program and in anticipation of incorporating in-office anesthesia into the Healthy Families program, the corporate office asked Dr. Fisher to answer several questions. This document was written in response to that request. Unfortunately, due to some new administrators who came into power at the end of the pilot program, the program was dropped.
